Performed routine maintenance inspections of machines to identify and respond to problems in a timely manner, thus preventing breakdowns. ? Responsible for shift handling for turning the machines without any breakdown. ? Implementing preventive maintenance for the machine as per the schedule. ? Knowledge in Electrical ckt. , Hydraulic system, pneumatic, and mechanical machine etc. ?Troubleshooting and Maintenance of different PLC (Mitsubishi, Delta, Omron, Siemens,) VFD ,Drives, Hydraulics, Pneumatics , CNC (Fanuc & Sinumerik 802D,840D, 840C) ? Breakdown & Preventive maintenance, MTTR & MTBF analysis ? Maintaining daily machine check sheet. (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) ? Maintaining Daily breakdown report and Breakdown Action plan. ? Planned and executed maintenance and safekeeping of all existing facilities inside the plant. ? C license required. JOB EXPIRED
