Post Graduate Degree / Diploma (2Years full time) in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations/ Social Work from a reputed Institute / University (in a 10+2+3+2 System). 

2. DESIRABLE M.B.A. in HR or PGDBM in HR or MSW 

AGE 25 – 35 years 

EXPERIENCE 7 – 10 years
