for Machine Shop Operation

Education :- B.Tech & Above

Location :- Kothur, Hyderabad

Experience :- 10-16 yrs

Salary :- not constraint for deserving candidate.                       

Profile:- 1. Exposure large machine shop wherein products being manufactured like big gear boxes, Cannon tubes, Machine frames, Fun covers, Large wind turbine parts like Front bearing housings etc. (size of the job max. 3 to 4 meters in all 3 axes). 

2. Exposure is large CNC machines of 3 and 4 axis with close tolerances to achieve less than 20 microns on such large products. 

3. Leading a development team consisting programmers, process and tool designers, fixture designers, gauge designers etc. also conversant with GD&Ts.

4. He shall able to Physically work and lead the operators on such large machines if required while developing the parts.  Familiar with Programming in Master cam, Hyper mill is an added advantage. He shall be conversant with casting issues which will affect the machining accuracies and resolve the same.
