Very Urgent requirement for Dy. Manager - HR ( Female only) 

Location - Bangalore

Qualification - MSW or MBA- HR 

Exp - 6 to 8 Yrs in HR Gen role from Manufacturing MNC with exposure to L&D and Expat Management.

CTC Budget- 12 Lcs 

Other Roles and Resp:

- Coordinating with placement agencies to close positions with in TAT

- Complete joining formalities

- Sending timely Payroll inputs

- MIS  Reports

- Employee communication

- Coordinating for identifying training needs, training Calender and training execution through external Vendors.

- Employee Engagement activities

- Expat Management
