Responsible for day to day activities of HR Department office & sites

Problem solving of site & office related issues

Feed back from new joinees

Design training modules and impart trainings 

Identification of training needs 

Arrange and conduct weekly meetings with HR personnel of various sites to maintain various rules and regulations framed for employees and also to address the grievances of the employees at site 

Visit Offices & sites to conduct interviews or impart trainings

Visit Offices & sites to conduct Audit

Formulate and implement HR policies 

Verification of attendance, canteen & time machine data

To look after activities done by Jr. Executive ,Executive & Sr. Executive

Prepare circular & inter office memo

Salary verification 

Traveling voucher verified submitted by employees recommend for approval

To Insurance site/CO/RO/BO HR MIS on monthly basis on time

Monitoring & reconciliation manpower budget periodically (fortnight)

Coordinate with executive for Final Settlement, exit interview for smooth separation

Monitoring HR budget

Coordinate with recruitment team for hiring

Capable to handle all Statutory Compliance applicable to Construction Industry

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification: MBA/MSW/MHRM/PGDHRM

Experience: 10 - 14 Years 

Candidates Preferred from Construction Industry

Must have good communication in English  

Education-

UG: Any Graduate

PG:MBA/PGDM - HR/Industrial Relations

Doctorate:Doctorate Not Required
