Lifestyle is looking for a DGM HR responsible for both HRBP and Talent Management practice.

The role would be largely for their 1000+ employees at Corporate office in Bangalore.

Areas of work would include, but not be limited to HR Business partnering, Performance Management, Employee Engagement and working with Talent and OD functions to support capability building and developing future talent for all corporate functions.

MBA and good handle on functional knowledge with business acumen are non negotiable.
