Key points.

1. Experience in Presstool ( Progressive tools) dies, jigs & fixtures & gauges DESIGNING - from concept to proving.

2. Geometrical dimensions & tolerance.

3. Autocad (mandatory), Cimatron, Catia, UG - 3D design skills

4.leadership skills to head a team of around 10 member, training and guidance.

5. Communication skills (need to interact with marketing team, customers for approval and with inter department heads)
