Should have handled Union

good exposure on settlements 

Hands on experience with Statutory compliance Factories Act & Rules, Contract Labours act, Payment of wages act, Bonus,Gratuity.

Maintaining relationship with local bodies Police station, Local Panchayat & other Govt.official
