Deputy Manager - HR & IR (Plant HR) 

Job Description: 

- Strong experience in statutory compliance. 

- Strong experience in handling legal related activities 

- Strong experience in handling union-related activities 

- Knowledge of various applicable labor laws 

- Sound understanding of redressal procedures 

- Labour law compliances, disciplinary actions, grievance handling, union handling, 

- Understanding of court matters, liaising with government officials/labor authorities, contract labor management, team management 

- To ensure the harmonious relationship with the employees and workers, etc. and the Organization. 

- To be proactive in assessing and advising potential problems. 

- Working towards development of culture based on the ethos of the Organization 

- Impact of various local sensitivities/ demographics/dynamics on the smooth functioning of the Plant 

- End to end HR Generalist experience
