Hiring For Cement Plant

Job Description Taking care of Manpower requirement of the individual departments with corporate approval. 

To ensure implementation of effective people development strategies by implementing need based training programs, etc 

To monitor and review the performance appraisal system with respect to staff and workmen. 

Encourage grievance redressal and maintain disciplinary culture 

Review the statutory compliance and comply the requirements within the time limit and liaison with government officials for compliance of applicable laws 

Develop strategies to implement Total Employee Involvement (TEI) activities (QC, Suggestion Scheme) 

Implementing various statutory and non-statutory welfare amenities such as effective functioning of canteen, colony activities, recreation activities, housekeeping, etc 

Ensure timely disbursement of wages and salary 

To implement HR policies and communicating policies, procedures, guidelines to all the employees and unions. 

To monitor and ensure safe working atmosphere in the plant in coordination with the safety Officer. 

To ensure subordinate development 

To comply with IMS standards without any non-conformities.
