Deputy General Manager - Corporate HR : Mumbai (10 to 15 years of HR experience) for Lodha Developers Pvt Ltd

Incumbent will be responsible for : 

1. HR Audit, HR MIS, HR Policies

2.HR IT Projects, HR Automation, Change Management 

3. HR Operations

4. HR Budgeting

5. Employee Engagement Activities and Employee Life Cycle

6. Organization Restructuring and other Strategic HR Interventions

Certification in HR Analytics (preferred) 

Hands-on experience of HRIS systems - SAP (required) + Tableau/similar HR Analytics tool(optional).
