Position: Control Engineer 

Qualification: B.E (Mechanical /Automobile / Mechatronics / EEE / ECE) 

Experience:  2 - 3 years 

Industry: Automotive

Location: Chennai

CTC : As per market 

*Key Roles & Responsibilities:*

1. Develop Control Logic / Program file for Visctronic & ECU 

2. Designing of wiring harness 

3. Prepare wiring harness for testing 

4. Visctronic Vehicle Integration & testing (Product Calibration and testing )

5.Provide Training to the application engineers on Visctronic testing  

6. Involve in Product Development of Actuators

7. Proof of concept, product development & APQP process management skills.  

8. DV / PV of actuators, Release new designs to production

9. Follow critical project miles stone - Project Management 

10. Support application team for Vehicle level DV / PV

11. Successful product launches with demonstrated use of robust engineering methods, 

12. Must be current, in industries best practices for electrical components, design methods & standards.    

*Key Skills:*

1. Software simulation and development experience in C, C++, MATLAB, Simulink, dSPACE, Target Link, Cal Desk, Ansys 

2. Embedded Controls design and experience

3. Control logic development in C, C++, MATLAB, Simulink, dSPACE

4. Working understanding of vehicle communication networks; CAN, XCP, J1939

5. Basic understanding of function and design of solenoid electromagnetic circuits.

6. Understanding fundamentals of Electrical circuit design and analysis for automotive application.

7. Strong understanding of vehicle integration Process & testing

8. Familiar with EMC testing.

9. Mechanical device design and development 

10. MS products, Excel, Word, Project, Outlook, PowerPoint 

11. Demonstrate strong tolerance stack ability for DFM\\DFA 

12. Good communication skills, verbal and written
