Position: CNC Machine Operators

Exp - 2-4 Years

Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical and Electronics.

Salary- – Rs.16000-18000/- per month

Requirements

 Prepare and operate the CNC machines VMC,HMC for  Milling , Engraving etc.

·         Understand the specifications and reading SOP, Product Drawing , Stage Drawings etc.

·         Working on 3 Axis/4 Axis/5 Axis CNC Milling Machines.

·         Awareness the G-code and M-code on CNC Programming reading ,tool life monitoring , cycle time reduction and setting of Machine.

·         Ability to use Quality Instruments like Vanier Calliper, Height Gauge, Micro-meter.

·         Ability to work individually and as well as with team.

·         Awareness of Production plan vs Actual and Materials accountability.
