We are hiring a CHRO for a leading and highly reputed Transport & Logistics industry client  of ours. 

The Role: 

1. Will be reporting into the Managing Director.

2. Will be handling PAN India HR operations.

3. Will be responsible for building and implementing HR systems and processes from the scratch. 

4. Will mostly be into managing Strategic HR, Industrial Relations (A good size of blue collar employees are there), PMS and Competency Management. 

The desired candidate has to be: 

Must have

1. 20 - 25 years of experience.

2. A post graduate in Human Resources (Regular college). 

3. Must have handled HR as well as IR in a reputed company with a good number of employees. 

4. 45 - 48 years of age only (Max 48 years). 

5. Must be very good in spoken Hindi. 

6. Must be heading HR for a reputed concern. 

7. Must have been leading HR teams for 10+ years.

8. Must be having excellent communication skills. 

9. Must be handling a team of 5 - 6 Senior HR Executives. 

Relevant experience Work experience in Transport & Logistics companies will be an advantage.
