Qualification: M Tech Electronics (Mechanical with large experience in Electronics is also considered) 

Experience: 20 Plus years 

(Age: 45 - 53)

Industry: Automotive & Electronics

Location: Chennai 

CTC :  Up to 70 L

Desired Skill set:

1.Should have Turn Around experience. 

2. Experience in Business Growth of 2x, 3x etc. Capable of making 3x growth in 3years. 

3. Experience in forming JVs / Technical Alliances

4. Should have clear strategic thinking. Able to set Vision for the organization and lead. 

5. Independent P&L responsibility at 100 -200 Crore

6.Strong domain knowledge and experience in handling

both Operations & Marketing 

7. Person with entrepreneurial experience is an added advantage.
