End to End HR activity, Core HR function.

Mainly being a part of Organizational Development, Policy formation, strategy making, formation part.

- Manpower Planing 

- Recruitment

- Compensation & Payroll management

- PMS

- HR Hygiene /Employee Engagement

- Grievance Management

- HRMS, HRIS, MIS etc

- Team management

- Statutory Compliance 

-Training and development 

- Human Resource Management

General Administration: 

Liasioning with Statutory / Non- Statutory Authorities and Local Authorities like Revenue, Police, Education Dept. etc.

Preparing statements & documentations pertaining to Company Employee, Contract Employee, Industrial / Labour court cases, with the coordination of Company Legal advisor. 

Monitoring and Timely implementation of employee welfare policies.

Generating HR reports on a monthly basis for future use and to apprise the top management.

Event Management.

Coordinate the Companys Social Responsibility (CSR) Activities in and around area of the IOSPL locations. 

Other incidental activities as & when instructed by the Management.

1) Any Degree with Bachelor of Law(LLB) or Full time MBA /MSW with specialization in Human Resources function.

2) Experience- 12-15 years experience in Manufacturing / Service Oriented Industry.

3) Proficiency in managing HR Ops in matrix reporting environment with clear focus on quality and timely closures

4) Technical Skills 

- Strong execution focus and skills are essential.

- Ability to effectively work and communicate at all levels within the organization

- A commitment to strategic business partnerships is a must. 

- Must be able to multi-task, deal with ambiguity, work in a team environment.

- Consulting, coaching and analytical mindset

5) Working experience in a Unionized Environment and Proficient in English, Hindi and Kannada languages and Kannada reading and writing is must.
