One of my friends is looking for “Chartered Accountant” for his Client, please find below the details

• Chartered Accountant with 3 to 5 years of experience in the area of taxation 

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

• Candidate should be familiar with International taxation and interpretation of Tax Treaties

• Working knowledge in Transfer Pricing mandatory

• Liaising with external tax advisors 

• Should be able to independently respond to notices from Tax department, represent before Authorities and provide written submissions

• Should be able to handle tax advisory role for advising Group companies on queries on tax matters  

• Obtaining of withholding orders from the Tax department

• Documentation for payment to non-residents

• Handling tax compliances like TDS payments, periodic filing of TDS returns etc

• Responsible for Advance tax computation and payments

• Individual and companies income tax computation and finalization

• Preparation and filing of Tax returns of individuals and companies 

• Assistance in setting up of policies, protocols wrt Internal Financial Controls and ensure adherence of the same

• Co-ordination with Statutory Auditors in finalization of books of accounts
