1. Should be currently with Automotive OEM or Tier 1

2. Should have Excellent raport with Automotive OEMs

3. Clean career profile without any break in between

4. Should be competent to lead the business of 700 Crores + 

5. Should handle multi location plants

6. Should have fire for growth and make quantum jump in growth

7. Only the Candidates whose Current CTC is more than 50 Lacs,  CAN APPLY
