Experience: 6-12 yrs

Qualification: MBA / PGDM is must

-Strong understanding of HR processes (Talent Management, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, and Employee Interfaces etc.). 

-Hands on experience in working with business units for all end to end People processes and practices.

-Handled business units with strength of over 1000 to 2000

-Good communication skills & personality, analytical skills, ability to think

creative and out of the box, worked on HR initiatives, good energy levels,

ability to work independently.
