We are seeking to identify a highly-qualified Human Resources Business Partner to be a part of Schindler India's Human Resources Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full employee life cycle, starting from recruitment, on boarding, HRMS, managing employee relations, compensation and benefits planning performance management, employee grievance handling, strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities: 

Talent Acquisition: Across functions, locations and designations, in a very niche industry

Understand the business strategy, the drivers of business success and people implications

Establish Business Partnership to create people plans to support their big goals and objectives.

Partner with managers to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential

Translate organization needs into HR Interventions to improve business performance and effectiveness, as well as to improve the overall employee experience and engagement.

Assesses and anticipates HR- related needs

Proactively communicates needs with HR department and business management and seeks to provide Integrated solutions

Establish (with the business) key metrics to evaluate success of the people strategy.

Adjust HR strategies and priorities in response to changing business needs Communication

Retention and Engagement

Help Business leaders understand the organizational climate; actively seek to improve the culture and performance levels in Schindler.

Work with the centers of expertise and the business to implement performance management systems and practices

The incumbant should have:

Should have excellent exposure in talent acquisition (lateral hiring) with dynamic organisation

Strong business and HR acumen, including string problem solving skills, critical thinking and self-initiative

Excellent written, verbal communication, interpersonal skills; high quality document and report preparation

Excellent presentation skills and knowledge of stakeholder management

Relationship Building.

UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG:MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization, HR/Industrial Relations
