and retail sector in Nigeria. Our aim is to offer retailers the latest selection of products available globally at

N & N Retail Solutions was founded in 2015 by two successful entrepreneurs with a 25 year history of

running diverse businesses in Nigeria. Our head office located at 2nd Floor, UBA Building, 10 Ijora

POSITION SUMMARY

 You will be responsible for the entire management of this business division including the P & L; customer

and supplier relationship management; recruitment & manpower development, logistics, and new business

development.

This position is based in Lagos, Nigeria; however, the job will require travel around the country.

 PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

Managing the overall P· & L of the business division as well as supervising accounts & ERP.

Preparing weekly sales reports & monthly P & L account statement for shareholders.

 Overall Management· & Business Development of both online & off line retail channels:

o Including management of existing Key Account relationships

o Ensuring regular execution of orders & handling collection.

o Coordination of marketing & merchandising activities required to support Key Accounts.

o Increasing volume of business & number of SKUs with both existing & new channels.

o Identification of new online and offline business opportunities and converting into new business

 Geographical Expansion: increasing the company’s presence, distribution· & sales & to eventually achieve nationwide coverage.

 Business· & Portfolio Expansion: identifying new business & product lines;

conducting research & feasibility studies for new business lines & products;

identification of vendors; sourcing & liaison of new business lines and products with overseas

vendors; handling entire execution of new business lines & products from research stage to

delivery on ground in Nigeria.

 Management and training of all staff in the department. Identifying manpower requirements and·

handling recruitment for any positions required in the department. Building a sales team primarily

with local talent to manage the sales function of the business division across all product categories.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Education level and/or relevant experience(s)

 Bachelors Degree§  MBA is preferred§

 Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification§

 5-7 years relevant experience in a company supplying to either e-commerce or retail segment is preferred
