JOB DESCRIPTION: 

This position will initially lead the recruiting team to source and acquire candidates for critical positions across the organization for India, while delivering Talent Acquisition initiatives and has an exceptional hiring manager experience. More responsibility in General HR will be given depending on the performance in this role.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Manage resource allocation within the recruitment team to ensure appropriate recruiting services provision for professional and critical hiring requirements as per the agreed service levels (SLAs) 

Ensure that recruiting services effectively meet business demand for professional and niche skilled requirements by resolving demand -supply constraints by leveraging past experience, industry contacts and out-of-the-box strategies.

Up-skill recruiting and sourcing specialist(s) to embed best practices of talent acquisition process into the recruitment team and to handle hiring at all levels 

Bring about cost effectiveness in the recruitment area regularly.

Foster collaboration within the recruitment team, and liaise with business stake holders and hiring managers 

Establish highly efficient and effective work procedures to ensure high quality recruiting services are provided 

Benchmarking the existing policy against the policies of other companies across industries.

Keeping abreast of market intelligence and industry trends.

REQUIRED SKILLS: 

Must hold a Masters degree with specialization in Human Resources from reputed institutes. 

Minimum of 10 years of extensive hands-on hiring experience as both individual contributor and team manager in software services company in India .

Age around 32-35.

Hiring experience in IT Industry

Having an expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to Sourcing, Qualifying, Networking, Assessing, Job analysis, Wage and salary trends, Benefits negotiation, Salary fitments, Relationship management.
