1. Looking at candidates with 18 to 23 years of experience in large manufacturing companies

2. Must have post-graduation qualifications in HR from premium institutions 

3. Should be handling multiple units at different locations

4. Entire HR & IR (tripartite settlements) hands-on experience required

5. Should be comfortable in Tamil and knowledge of Hindi will be added advantage.
