Automation Programming Engineer 

 Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering.

·         At least 10 years working experience in the related field.

·         Strong analytical and problem solving skill. 

       Location: Malaysia

Responsibilities:

To do the PLC program and SCADA Program in Siemens TIA Portal,

·         To do the Wonderware Intouch SCADA Program

·         To plan the Power and Control Wiring required for Automation.

·         To do the PLC and Communication with Third part drivers using OPC.

·         To integrate PLC Communication by Using Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet IP, Serial Protocols.

·         To integrate Servo drive integration with PLC and HMI.

·         Knowledge of Control Valves, Temperature Sensors, Pressure Transmitters, Level Transmitters, pH Sensors & Controllers to integrate with PLC Program and Calibrations

·         Knowledge of Weighing Scale, Weigh bridge integration with PLC and its calibration.

·         To  identify the root cause of failure of instruments

·         Participate in solving technical and engineering issues as and when necessary

·         Provide technical and engineering support to production.

·         Enforcing workforce discipline to achieve consistent work quality.

·         To troubleshoot emergency cases, remotely assessing the emergency case

·         To provide team work on projects, which include designing, installation, commissioning and validation of new machines
