JD ; Overseeing the DVP&R of New products ensuring all performance targets are met in line with the agreed timescale. 2. Day to day Customer interface for technical related matters. 3. To provide technical support in order to respond to RFQ`s. 4. To prepare Presentation of Company technical proposals to meet RFQ specification. 5. Customer report writing (FEA, RLDA, rig testing), 6. Present solutions to customer technical issues. 7. Co-ordinate technical information & delivery to customers. 8. On site customer support-meetings, subjective engineering appraisals, root cause analysis,drawing/ model/package space review.  9.
