Job Location: Bangalore          Qualification: LLB/LLM is must. MSW/MBA/PGDHR/IR

Job Description:

The person will be responsible for IR & Legal activities of the company.

*Provide required Legal Knowledge for wage settlement - Union Negotiations

*Disciplinary actions including termination,domestic injuries etc.,

*Representing management in various disciplinary proceedings.

*Handling Labour Court matters,attending different courts and helping legal advisors for preparation of legal/court documents.

*Support handling IR related situations.

*Concilation and court cases

*co-ordinate with advocates and consultants

Candidates should have 5 - 10 years in core Legal and Ir activities in Manufacturing industry.
