Position : Asst/Deputy Manager  - HR

Role : Compensation/Statutory / HR Generalist role

Work Location :  Chennai

Quali : PG / PG

Exp : Minimum 7 years of experience

Should have managed minimum 4 direct reportees

Age: Less 35

Flexible attitude, Transparency in communication, Process oriented, willing to travel, willing to learn, change management, Training abilities

Candidates from Manufacturing, Healthcare, Pharma and service industries are preferred

Should have front ended for HR operations for the port folio manages

Strong interpersonal skills

Should have managed Recruitment, Time office, Appraisal, Employee Relations, Statutory co-ordinations, Employee Engagement, Employee Grievances, Staff meetings, Yearly Man power budgeting, HRMIS, Assisting the Senior HR when required

Capability in front ending the HR operations and interact with Business Managers representing HR

Should have worked in technology based environment

Should be self disciplined, self motivated, self enthusiastic

Compensation as per market standard
