Opportunity_Asst Manager/ Manager - HR - 5 to 8 yrs - from FMCG/MNC IR Background with Tamil Speaking Knowledge is must for Chennai Location.

Qualifications & Experience

? Post-graduate education in HRM/IR/PMIR with minimum 8 years of prior experience in ER/HR domain in reputed organizations, of which at least 5 years must have been in a factory setup.

? Knowledge of local language (Tamil) is a mandatory requirement

? Other Preferences

o Experience in multi-national FMCG/manufacturing organizations would be preferred

o First-hand experience of dealing with employee unions, executing long term settlements, etc.
