Position : Associate Engineer – Mould Maintenance (Injection Moulding)

Education: Diploma in Tool & Die Making / CIPET / GTTC / NTTF with 4~6  years relevant experience in Auto component Industries, preferably  in Plastic component manufacturing industries. 

Experience : 04~ 06 yrs

Working days : 6 days a week 

Work Location :  Near Chennai

Key Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for the smooth function of the injection moulding unit machines, Moulds and any utilities related to the Injection molding unit. 

• Responsible to trouble shoot and provide necessary actions in case of any issues with respect to machines, moulds etc.

• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on all equipment in the Injection Tooling & Machine Unit repairing and replacing parts as necessary.

• Troubleshoot, repair or replace all components of mould. This includes all electrical equipment, hydraulics, mechanical, piping, pumps, and pneumatics in the Mold Department.

• Knowledge on production process in injection moulding

1. Should be from NTTF or Cipet 

2. Hands on experience in mould with smaller dimension or micro components.

3. Should have worked in Mold Manufacturer companies either in assembly or Mold Trouble shooting Division

4. Should have Minimal experience in Handling Demag Machine 

5. Experience 2 to 3 Years in Mold Maintenance or Mold Correction Division as Technician Level

6. Should have handled 2K Mold with Different Materials  is very much preferred
