Position: Associate Director (Senior HR Business Partner )
Experience: 14Yrs to 18Yrs
Education: Fulltime MBA/PGDM in HR must

Note: Candidates working in Tire1 IT Services organizations will get the preference.
The HR Business Partner is responsible for handling human resource responsibilities across the complete associate life cycle.
Primary Responsibilities:
HR Communication: Working in close collaboration with HR functions to service associate requests and interacting with associates via calls and email communication about HR policies. Being responsive to business needs to ensure information is shared in a timely fashion
Data Analysis: Analyze data and conduct spreadsheet analysis for different business projects and preparing spreadsheets for promotion and year end appraisals for committee calls. Supporting the talent review process for the business and assisting with compensation analysis and recommending fitments for travelling associates and validating associate supervisor hierarchy and governance structure on a quarterly basis.
Driving Engagement & Special Projects: Create a robust cadence of talent planning and reviews to identify competency, knowledge and talent gaps and develop specific programs for the filling of the gaps. Areas of activity will include talent management through proper succession planning programs for key contributor and leadership positions, training and development programs for preparing employees for more significant responsibilities and general business development programs to enhance employee knowledge and understanding of the business of the company and the software industry.
Essential Functions:
1. Support the Business Unit by developing and implementing HR interventions in order to achieve strategic business initiatives and to deliver results
2. Increasing employee engagement, providing change leadership, talent development, Career & Succession Planning and supporting process improvements
3. Facilitating various communication forums such as HR Connect Sessions, Town Halls, Open Houses etc
4. Project/Program Management activities for various HR initiatives including Performance Management, Promotions, Salary Revisions, Enhancement of employee satisfaction scores, Rewards & Recognition processes
5. Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention and associate experience
6. Work with Business Managers and Associates to address all employee relations issues
7. Interpret and implement Organizational Policies/Programs/Procedures
8. Partner with Business managers to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their full potential
9. Work with Business to assess, create and implement innovative solutions for a variety of employee engagement initiatives
10. Provide ongoing support to the leadership team on any TM related matters, policies or procedures
11. Confidence in handling projects independently in an entrepreneurial environment
12. Strong multi-tasking abilities, Strong interpersonal and communication skills
13. Strong Excel and PowerPoint Skills
14. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
15. Has partnered with a C level executives to deliver a world class HR strategy and experience leading human resources function for large, multi-national information technology or IT Outsourcing organization.
16. Ability to operate and deliver independently without oversight is critical.
