Associate Director - Lead Plant HR
10 - 15 Years Visakhapatnam
Key Responsibilities :
- Organization Design & Deployment :
Work on organization structures, resource deployment and manpower productivity norms; draft annual manpower plan and manpower budgets. Deploy career progression and promotion policies as per organizational guidelines; implement organizational initiatives on HR area.
- Employee Life-cycle Management :
Ensure all policy and SAP related processes compliance related to joining, confirmation, payroll, organization charts etc. Ensure that all operations relating to employee life cycle management are aligned to organizational policies
- Performance Management :
Cascade performance management processes through communication, conduct goal setting, performance appraisals, coach employees, conduct training workshops on performance management, closely monitor closure of performance management process for the year, handle grievances; collaborate with line managers to determine job rotation opportunities etc.
- Learning & Development :
Determine training needs from performance appraisal / feedback sessions; collaborate with line managers and determine inventory of training needs for the year, identify modes by which these training needs could be addressed (L&D Team, line managers, external trainers etc); facilitate workmen related training, collaborate with Site Head and Quality Head to develop the site leadership team and build capability of the second line leadership through talent profiling; facilitate development and implementation of action plans for leadership development to build the skills of employees to ensure superior performance.
- Employee Engagement :
Set up processes for Induction & Socialization programs; design recognition schemes; facilitate employee engagement survey process; facilitate skip level process; design engagement calendar (fun activities on a monthly basis) to drive employee engagement to have a positive impact on performance
- SMT Project Implementation :
Implement SMT pillars in phased manner in close coordination with site leadership team
- Industrial Relations, Welfare & Compliance Management :
Participate in IR process(if required), build and maintain a cordial IR; resolve & address disciplinary issues; review time office operations output and take actions; handle verification for COBE violations; responsible for internal audit closures; validate adherence to statutory acts applicable; collaborate with Legal team ad Liasioning to handle
- Corporate Social Responsibility :
Conduct regular interactions with villages around the Plant with CSR Manager, Corporate and other NGOs / Dr. Reddy's Foundation to develop a solution and action plan for the same; give inputs for building capability in nearby villages/areas so as to not impede regular business activities at the plant/s
- People Management :
Participate in recruitment and induction, identify training needs, based on future plans and business requirements, provide training on specific capabilities and products to team, identify and recommend retention plans with an aim of maximizing retention and enhancing performance of team members
