Review the identified unsafe condition and take it up with the concern and improve, eliminate the unsafe condition.

Responsible for first off approval, setup approval & Eng. Inspection activities

Co-ordination with other process for process changes 

Improvement Projects co-ordination

Revalidation of Existing Work Instruction, Work Standard and 

 Standard

Ensuring Zero Critical Products / Process systems.

Analyzing in-house rejection and 

 process loss for taking countermeasures

Measuring and Controlling of work Shop Environment and Visual Control Monitoring system. 

Technical / Process Training of the Operators.

Maintain and follow First In and First Out (FIFO) in Process Wise 

Enhancement of new SGA.

Material self-life monitoring and Control.

Maintain 3S activity in work place environment.

Technical / Process Training of the Operators.
