Job description

Title : Assistant Manager - Human Resources

Responsibilities

Have overall responsibility of the recruitment pipeline and close on the hiring needs to both quality of talent and timing expectations.

Bring innovative strategies and approaches in attracting and on boarding talent.

Work closely with CEO and Direct reports in developing strategies for talent management, organization structure management and maintaining low attrition

General HR activities such as Rewards and recognition, employee engagement, annual office picnics coordination, CEO engagement platforms co-ordination etc.

Training needs assessment, coordinating training programs

Handle employee grievances, PIP cases and other HR Issues from time to time

Responsible for Campus Hiring Final placements and Summer Internship Program with the objective of hiring best talent from top Business Schools to infuse a strong talent pipeline in the company.

Follow-up on performance appraisal process.
