Purpose:

Champion HR process excellence by enabling seamless integration and automation using Information Technology / Information Systems to deliver best in class employee experience

Roles & Responsibilities:

Conduct assessment, identification, deployment and drive acceptance of contemporary HR technology products with respect to current and future organization policies, processes and practices

Branding and promotion of HR digitization initiatives to internal customers (employees) and effectively communicating, engaging and rewarding them to achieve organizational objectives

Ownership of both employee and establishment document digitization and preservation as per standard operating procedure

Identification, analysis, creation and modification of the Standard Operating Procedures for the entire set of HR functions

Exercise necessary analytics to track the performance and to measure ROI of these initiative and upgrade accordingly
