Person would be handling majorly Recruitment, Statutory & co-ordination in other HR activities like

Joining Formalities & Induction 

Payroll Inputs 

PMS

Statutory Compliance 

Employee Grievance handling 

Exit Formalities 

Desired Candidate Profile

Looking for a proactive person who has an experience of handling more than 300 employees individually.

Qualification : MBA (HR)

Experience : 5-7 years of relevant experience 

Should have thorough working knowledge on Statutory & other Labor Laws 

Notice Period: Immediate
