-          Atleast 2 years of experience in Generalist HR

-    Candidate should be open for travelling and 60% in his Academic.

-          A person who can work independently with least supervision

-          Must have worked directly with functional managers

-          Should have done recruitment from multiple sources (like naukri, Linkedin, Facebook etc.)    with least support from consultants

-          Should know basic of labour laws and understand the compliances

-          Should have coordinated and implemented the training and engagement activities

-          A person with good quality of mind

-          Candidate from Auto, Ancillaries, Dealership and Plant background will be preferred.
