$Should have worked in a organization with a turnover of above 100 crores per annum.

$Capable of handling all HR activities 

$Man power planning, short listing resumes and scheduling interviews.

$Preparing offer letters, appointment letters, joining formalities.

$Induction and trainings 

$Maintaining employee's files, attendence management.

$Payroll management and statutory documents filing
