Position: HR & IR

Designation: Asst. Manager  

Location: Irrunkattukottai

Department: HR

Age: 28 - 34

Experience: 6 – 9 years 

Qualification: MSW, MLM, BLM, MBA, MA.HRM & PGDLA

Notice Period : Below 30 days

Reporting to:  Director / CEO No of Reportees:  -

CTC:  Based on the previous salary

Preferred Industry: Manufacturing Industry   

Position Summary: 

The role holder is responsible for overall plant HR & IR activities.   

Requirements: 

? Should have worked in manufacturing industries plant HR department for minimum 5 years.

? Should have independently handled plant HR & IR activities

? Handling the complete IR functions for Manufacturing Plants of the company

Responsibilities: 

? To deal with all disciplinary matters

? Maintain discipline at the plant and take disciplinary action where necessary

? To attend conciliation meetings, Labour court cases etc

? To meet and liaise with govt. authorities / advocates from time to time as per the need of the work. 

? Ensure statutory compliance

? To attend and resolve day-to-day grievances of employees. 

? To ensure implementation of company's personnel policies in an effective manner. 

? To maintain smooth and cordial Industrial relations

? Liaison with various Government and Statutory authorities. 

? Canteen management.

? Shop floor employees recruitment regular / contract.

? Proficient with MS office

? Good communication skills

? Should be well versed with attendance monitoring & pay roll process 

? Knowledge on statutory compliance like PF, ESI 

? Hands on experience on Training and development

? Ensuring availability of manpower as per business plan

? Plan and impart training for employees

? Coordinating Appraisal process
