JOB DESCRIPTION:
 
      Summary As an Assistant 

Manager

       Finance ,to establish and maintain: Effective financial accounting and reporting, planning and analysis, and overall management

 

      Effective internal control procedures



      Main Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations of the finance department.Ensure timely completion of statutory reporting, audits and filing of direct and indirect taxes.

 

      Establish and maintain effective internal controls to safe guard the companys interest and comply with SOX requirements.

 

      Establish a proper costing system to estimate the standard cost of products; monitor and analyze operating results with budget/standard cost and recommend improvement plans.Ensure timely collection of AR and coordinate with other functional teams to improve the units overall Working Capital

 

      Identify and implement plans for training and development needs of the Finance team,Coach, mentor the Finance team and provide necessary support in team building



      Minimum Requirements: Knowledge & Skills: Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.

 

      Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems. Knowledge of tax, customs, trade compliance, FX regulations. Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections. Working knowledge of short and long term budgeting and forecasting, rolling budgets, and product-line profitability analysis.

 

      Work requires professional written and verbal communication and excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, good attention to detail, analytical ability, clear understanding of business as well as financial issues.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects. Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings. Strong command over basic computer application software, like MS Office.Self motivated; demonstrates initiatives and drives to achieve results
