Designation: Assistant Manager – Collections

Experience: 4 – 5 years experience in collections in Real Estate Industry / Home Loan Service Providers 

 Salary: Rs.25 – 30K.   

Gender: Male / Female candidate

Locations: Chennai

Notice Period: Immediate Joiner Preferred   

Roles & Responsibilities are: 

 •         Handling Home Loan for Alliance Chennai Projects

 •         Welcome call from Home loan department.

 •         Follow up with the customers for KYC Documents 

 •         Payment Follow up with own contribution customers

 •         Documentation processing with the banks / financial institutions as per their formats

 •         Coordinating with the bankers for home loan approval and disbursements.

 •         Coordinating with the bankers for payment subsequent payments as per the payment slabs.     

 •         Coordinating with the bankers for APF Closure of leads and achieving 100% of the given targets

 •          Customer Service related Operations

 •          Meet builder’s on regular basis.

 •          Meet connectors & Brokers on regular basis

 •          Increasing sources through Area mapping

 •          Providing after sales services for any queries generated by customer
