We are looking for a leading Aerospace Electrical Motors Products Manufacturing Company  @ Bangalore 

Position: AGM/GM- Marketing - Motors 

Qualification: B.E/B.Tech or M.E/M.Tech in Electrical or Electronics or Mechanical Engineering from a reputed university with good scores.

                    Should have a sound working knowledge of Motors.

Experience: Minimum 10 to 15 years of direct experience in Motors including manufacturing, marketing hands on experience.

Job Description for Senior Person for Marketing of Motors & Solenoids for Aerospace, Automotive and Specialty Industrial Applications

Should have thorough Knowledge of the Technical Aspects of different kinds of Motors, input materials for Motors, and the manufacturing processes for Motors.

Should have had experience in direct selling of different types of Motors for high reliability applications in Aerospace, Automotive, Medical and Specialty Industrial segments for both Indian and International markets.

Should independently survey the Indian and Internationalmarkets, customers, product requirements, market potential and prepare a marketing strategy with a time bound conversion to business.

Should be able to research Cost Structures for Motors manufacturing globally, and achieve Cost Leadership through cross functional teamwork for competitiveness in the marketplace.

Should work to anticipate Emerging Technologies in Motors and work with the Hical Technology Development Centre to realise products for the future in our target markets
