Position: AS400 Systems Analyst/Programer (Cobal)

EXP- 5 Years relavent working of ERP Manufacturing and Financial Systems

Qualification: Degree Holderr in Computer Science or related Discipline

Location: Malaysia.

Interview  Will be conducted direct by the Client

Requirements:

Developing and maintaining Company's AS 400 System

Job Scope:

Plan design, develop and maintain inhouse developed ERP Based on defined AS400 coding methodology

Ensure perrformace and reliability of AS 400's application and other IT Systems

Underrstand the various business processes and give suggestions on improvements through AS 400

Interact with various users to deterrmine requirements, develop business flows and reslove problems related to ERP

Provide recommedations for new technology and equipment

Develop and maintain adequate business system and back up strategy

Develop and maintain DR Strategy

Job Requirements:

Strong Knowledge of COBAL(LE), CL and SQL are necessary

Knowledge of RPG is an Advantage

Stong Knowledge of IBM (AS 400,iSeries or i5) computer Hardware and Soft ware

Working knwoledge of concenpts relted to general accounting, inventory, treasury and tax

Excellent problem solving skills and postive midset

Self Motivated, independant and a fast learner

Ability to work in a fast paced enviorment.
