Qualification: Degree.

MBA preferred 

Experience: About 5 years

Industry: Logistics / Cargo 

Location: Chennai 

CTC :  4  - 5L

Expectations :

Sales:

1.Reaching the targets / Goals set for his area. 

2. Establishing,  Maintaining & Expanding customer base

3. Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market

4. Setting sales targets for Individuals and team

5.Recruiting and Training sales staff

6. Allocating areas to sales representatives 

7. Developing sales strategies and setting Targets. 

8.Ensure Team performance and motivate them to reach target

9. Compiling and analyzing the sales figures 

10.Business Development & Revenue generation 

11. Client retention and follow up 

Customer visits:

1. Daily visit to 5 new customers and daily report to MD

2. Maintain cordial relationship with customers

3. Collecting customer feedback and market research 

4. Keeping up-to date with products and competitors 

5. Client handling through cold calling

Recovery & Collection:

1. Ensuring timely collection from customers

Data updation:

1. Webexpress software updation, MIS Management of sales data

2. Daily / Weekly / Monthly reporting to concerned authorities
