There is an urgent requirement for “Manager - NPD (DOMESTIC) “For a Manufacturing unit located in Peenya Industrial area Bangalore.

JOB DESCRIPTION – Manager - NPD (DOMESTIC)

DME/ Bcom / Experience (4 - 5 Years) New Product Development & Sampling of Leather Watch Straps

1-Managing in overall monitoring of Sample & Development activities

2-Computer System and SQL Software

3-MANAGER -NPD & TS

4-Marketing Work Orders

5-New Product Development & Sampling of Leather Watch Straps

6-Quality Assurance checks and Submit to customer

7-Develop and maintain Product Drawing/Ref sample analysis

8-Materials analysis and approving it for further usage

9-Tooling analysis & approve for piloting-production.

10-Prepare BOM (Norms) and share to Marketing

11-Prepare and approve Samples, Submit to Marketing for approval.

12-After approval; new product transfer to production as per the procedure format

13-Checking   with   suppliers   regarding   new   material development and their follow-up

14-Tracking of sampling status at each customer level.
