Responsible for Industrial Relations activities in an unionized Pharma products mfg Company

Responsible for managing Conciliation cases, Disciplinary Proceedings, other litigations and Compliance

Advising on employee Relations issues and actively managing ER cases, including disciplinary issues and investigations

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidates should have 80% IR exp and 20% HR exp 

Must be from unionized environment

Should have handled PR issues

Should have handled Domestic Enquiries and represented Conciliations
