Hiring Admin Manager with 7+ yrs of exp, Maveric Systems Ltd, Chennai
Maveric Systems Limited
6 - 10 yrs Chennai(Ekkaduthangal)
Roles & Responsibilities:
Should be leading a team of 2 to 4 members within admin function
Should be in a position to handle normal admin day to day activities
To work on MIS reports
To work on cost control
Budgeting and monitoring the expenses
Facility management such as office infrastructure, guest house management
Vendor management and negotiation skills
To work on the process and policy improvement
Knowledge on the travel and visa arrangement.
Should be in a position to manage the team and to handle independently.
SEZ knowledge is added advantage, knowledge on the movement of goods, procuring the goods, BOE, Bonds etc.
Insurance Knowledge
Required Skills
Leadership experience for 3 to 4 years
Bold enough to handle the team and the vendors/contractors
Should be good at to work with MS Office.
Hindi speaking is advantage but not mandatory
Initiative skill is required
Good to have
SEZ/STPI experience, Facility Management, Visa knowledge
Negotiation skill
Purchase knowledge
Travel Readiness
Should be in a position to travel within India and overseas if required
