• Receive, audit and enter customer purchase orders and sales order • Work with sales reps and managers to resolve PO issues • Assurance of on time deliveries of ordered goods / services to vendors through good follow ups • Work with Warehouse, and logistics ensure distribution and inventory management were at maximum efficiency resolve order logistics issues • Understand and adhere to customer compliance guidelines • co ordinate all supply chain services such as material planning, scheduling, Inbound Service, Stock In Trade, On shelf availability and Cost to serve
