Prepared the PFMEA and debug document for customer 12. Taking the action for customer complains within 24 hours 13. Ensure process and Product quality meets customer specification. 14. KAIZEN Activities for K/I Improvements 15. Equipment Specification Preparation for New equipment’s or for existing machine modification ,ECN Implementation. 16. Conducting the Equipment inspection & Machine Capability study at the supplier place before delivery 17. Prepare the yamazumi (cycle time study) for new products
