Job Description

Hello All,  We’re hiring for the position of Deputy /Assistant Manager in Taxation & Finance Department for our new entity which will be coming up at new site at Ananthpur District in Andra Pradesh. We are looking for a male Candidate with Experience of 10 Years or above.  Job Description in brief is given below here.

Job Competencies

Direct Taxation:

Handling of Income Tax, Transfer pricing, Advance Tax computation and Tax reporting.

Experienced in attending assessments with the IT department.

Managing Periodical Tax return Filings with IT.

In-Direct Taxation:

Handling of In-Direct tax of GST [erstwhile Central excise/Service tax].

Managing Periodical Tax return Filings with GST portal.

Knowledge of GST Statutory liabilities -Payments and Returns.

Knowledge of Customs handling on Import/Export.

In Finance:

Knowledge of handling the bank related work.

Experienced in FEMA Compliance.

In Accounts;

Responsible for General Accounting Matters.

Manage Inter- company transaction and account reconciliations.

Manage company investment transaction and related accounts.

Managing timely preparation and reporting of statutory account and financial statements and Assist in audit.

Managing monthly/Quarterly/annual closing of accounts.

Basic knowledge of IFRS.

In others:

Basic Knowledge of Secretary matter.

Knowledge of handling matters of RBI / DGFT on incorporation of new entity.

Basic knowledge of PF & ESIC.

Technical Competencies

Should have worked in accounting Software (Tally/SAP).

Should have basic knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principle (GAAP).

Proficient in Computer Application understanding and usage.

Behavioral Competencies

Multi-Tasking and Logical Thinker with ability to interpret long term project.

Analytical thinker.

Effective communication skill (Oral and Written).

Other Details

Must Know English and Telugu. Tamil will be as an added advantage.

Should have completed graduation.

Initially should be ready to work as a Solo Performer.
