Job Description
Line Manager - Press Shop
Location : Sricity, Andhra Pradesh
Preferable Experience:
- - Assembly process knowledge in Press shop (Machine & Manual).
- - Shop floor handling experience
- - Control of achieving the SQCD of press shop.
- - Knowledge in Quality control activities
- - Knowledge of tandem press operations minimum 1000 T.
- - Knowledge requirement in Tool & Die settings (machine & manual).
- - Knowledge in inline rework & offline minor repair.
- - Reporting, Documentation knowledge & Computer skills.
- Safety
- - Preparation of the Safety and health activity plan
- - Making of the safety calendar
- - shop floor safety patrol and instruction training
- - Implementation of safety patrol and counter measureQuick work
- assessment
- - Review of the Safety notice material and maintenance management
- - Implementation of incident prevention activity ), and summarization of
- counter measure at the time of incident
- - Preparation and corresponding action with respect to safety concerned event
- - Safety and instruction activity (consecutive holiday transportation incident
- prevention etc.)
- - Making of safety notes
- - weekend instruction and final report to associates
- - staff safety patrol with-in department
- - reading progress of work instruction sheet
- - abnormality handling work
Quality :
- - Quality claim from customer and later outward flow of the work( investigation
- and counter measure)
- - Standard sheet receipt and procedure sheet implementation
- - preparation of each type inspection list
- - to do mini evening meeting
- - To do the 2 min check for vendor material
- - To check the parts and material
- - check the inline inspection identified concern
- - Activity to decrease the NG
Productivity :
- - preparation of team-manning chart
- - Actual data entry of labor productivity
- - leave management
- - preparation of OCR sheet and support chart
- AUDIT
- - summarization of annual pay raise and bonus audit through self & team (KRA)
ACTIVATION, SuggestionQC :
- activity for group work activity
- Suggestion activity
- Implementation of QC activity
TRAINING
- implementation of the training receivedSafety and basis knowledge of Quality
- preparation of work training management listeligible person training)
Kaizen activity :
- make the plan for rationalized improvement (material search)
- should attend the related meeting rationalization of meeting etc.
- Progress report of the human optimization progress management with-in
department MTG)
- suggestion for autonomous maintenance activity plan and actual
totalization
- check the implemented TPM activity
- Review and maintenance of the TPM items
PRODUCTION OPERATION :
- Fixed point observation
- morning meeting with own department member
- attendance ratio management
- Line stop control
- to take measure for missing number, take out of the vehicle because lack of
the parts
- Production progress management
- morning meeting with Team
- sub-material management
INVENTORY MANAGEMENT :
- List maintenance of inventory count
- self no. , parts no., label maintenance
- Development of the Team compliance
- compliance management which is known to everyone
- separation of scrap
- preparation of 14001 training history
Salary:INR 5,00,000 - 6,50,000 P.A.
